I've got mail rules to put messages from several mailing lists into their own folders. These rules use a simple "When 'To' contains <mailing list email address>", and they work fine... for about a week. Then they stop working, and the only solution I have found is to delete them and re-create them from scratch.

Has anyone run into this before? Is there a known fix?
